through. At the center of the square stands a hand carved 10’ diameter
fountain and pool, just as you would see in Old Mexico. Carefully
planted pots to enhance and show creativity and different methods on how
to landscape in containers. Natural log structures incorporating
swings, hanging baskets, wind chimes, and authentic Mexican imports. An
old time structure with stone columns depicting many new and old
imports from Old Mexico. |
Imagine the
possibilities…as you walk through this island retreat an outdoor living
area complete with outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The main feature of
this garden is a 20’ sunken pirate ship surrounded by a treasure of
colorful blooming tulips hyacinths and other plant materials.

OK Beef Cook Off
Where’s the Beef? The Oklahoma Beef Council and Oklahoma Cattlewomen are hosting The Beef Cook Off. Chefs from all over Oklahoma will compete to see who has the best beef recipe and the winning recipe will be sealed in an envelope by the judging panel to be revealed at the awards presentation on Jan. 19, 2013 at the Oklahoma City Home and Garden Show. Entries will be accepted until December 1st by going to www.okcattlewomen.org Located in the Carriage Hall

Victor Andrada
Vocalist/guitarist Victor Andrada has his share of jobs in music. From bassist, background vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and now lead vocalist, all of those positions were
in preparation for his emergence a solo act in 2000. From performing for patrons at a Whole Foods, entertaining residents at a retirement community to stopping a song midway to ask a 8 year old kid "How are you?", who stands before him at a performance, it's easy to see that one of the most enjoyable parts of being a musician is meeting new people constantly, which Andrada thrives on!
One of his hopes is to be an inspiration to people to chase their dreams and to never give up!
